On Friday 31st August 2018 service users, workers and the public gathered at Addaction, Levenmouth to remember those lost to drug overdose in Fife.
Overdose Awareness day is a global event, that Fife ADP and partners use to try and raise awareness of overdose and remember those lives lost to overdose in Fife in the last year. Jim from Addaction was kind enough to offer to organise this years event at Addaction where a buffet was provided and singing by Lily Mentiplay(Pictured centre). The event was well attended, and it is hoped it raised awareness amongst staff and service users of the risks of overdose. A white rose was distributed for every life lost to overdose in the last year in Fife.
