With You are a Fife Specialist Harm Reduction service, offering a range of services to help reduce drug related harm, including:

• Provision of clean injecting equipment and other drug paraphernalia
• 1:1 assessment, referral and support into treatment (if requested)
• Overdose prevention work, including access to Take Home Naloxone programme (THN)
• Blood borne virus (BBV) testing for HIV and Hepatitis

Harm reduction drop in sessions

We are are now offering free drop in sessions from our Welfare Van. At these sessions, you can:

• Have a chat about your injection practice
  
• Get advice on safer drug use
  
• Get access to injecting equipment
  

Our Welfare Van will be parked at, or near, the following locations:
